Dotonbori Strip

The canal-side Dotonbori street is Osaka's most concentrated eating and drinking zone — 300 metres of restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues running alongside the canal. Best experienced by walking it end to end, eating at three places, and then finding a bar. Peaks 8pm–2am nightly. The Giant Crab and Glico Man signs are the landmarks.
